REFUND POLICY
Cancellation
Where you have purchased services as a consumer (i.e. for private use as opposed to business use), please note that you are entitled to cancel any contract completed with us within 14 days from the day on which you acquire possession of the order.
Refund
The platform advocates rational consumption, please be sure to purchase the appropriate number of products according to your actual needs, virtual goods, after successful delivery does not support the return of goods for the time being. At the same time, during the recharge process, please make sure you carefully confirm your recharge account or account-bound cell phone number, and carefully select and/or enter the recharge account/account-bound cell phone number, recharge amount and other related operation options. If your rights and interests are damaged due to wrong account number, wrong amount, wrong operation or not knowing or not fully understanding the recharge billing method, etc., you will be responsible for the resulting loss and the platform will not compensate or compensate. If the recharge account does not exist or for other reasons cannot be recharged, it will be returned within 3-7 working days.
Please allow up to four weeks to have your refund processed; in most cases, you will receive your refund sooner. It could take up to 1~2 business days for processing the refund request, it it required to go to our dispute/cancellation inspection procedure(up to 2 business days,) and then your bank or credit card company could take up to 5 business days to have the payment processed. All refunds will be issued in the form of the payment method used to make your purchase.
