Q: What types of products does skinzooz card include?

A: skinzooz card mainly deals with digital goods, currently the products include phone cards, game cards, direct charging products, internet cards, video cards, education cards, internet phone cards and other types of cards.


Q: How long does it take for the game direct charging to arrive?A: All the direct charging system in the webiste is docked with the game official, after successful payment, it will be recharged to the game account filled in your order within 5 minutes, if it does not arrive, please contact the customer service staff of the webiste to inquire for you. 


Q: What should I do if there is a problem with an online transaction?

A:   1. If you have a problem before you pay the transaction amount, please just place a new order.

      2. If you have a problem when you pay the transaction amount, please confirm whether your member account or bank card balance is sufficient to pay the amount of that order, and then resubmit the order for payment after confirmation.

      3. If you have a problem after paying the transaction amount, please check your member account balance or bank card balance to confirm whether your amount has been spent, if it has not been paid, then please place a new order to pay again; if it is confirmed that the amount has been spent, please contact our customer service center and we will solve the problem for you as soon as possible.


Q: What should I do if I don't receive the goods after successful payment?

If you bought a direct charging product, please contact customer service if the payment is not received after 10 minutes.


Q: Why does the system show that the customer has received the card secret I bought before I confirm the receipt?

A: The game virtual goods are directly recharge or send the card number and password to the user's registered account in real time, the user can recharge the card information, so there is no need to confirm receipt, the successful delivery is a successful transaction. 


Q: The card secret you sent to me are invalid and have been recharged, how can I solve it?

A: The virtual goods we sell are real and valid, if your personal reasons will be card information leakage, the webiste does not bear any responsibility!
